SANTPURIA ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED (SAPL), located at Manjhiladih, Gadi srirampur, District Girdih(JHK) has set up a 96x2 TPD sponge iron plant. The design and construction of plant equipment for manufacturing of Sponge Iron is based on latest technology of direct reduction processes. The plant is located being nearest to the site of raw materials i.e. Iron Ore, Coal etc. The setting up of the plant is isolated corner of Jharkhand State would boost up the economy of the backward areas of Jharkhand State and boost up the economy of Giridih.
SANTPURIA ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED is planning to debottlenecking and modernization of the plant at Manjhliladih, Gadisrirampur. The existing plant is located at village Manjhiladih, Gadisrirampur in Giridih (JHK) has set up a 96x2 sponge iron plant. The plant location is shown in the map attach herewith. The entire area surrounding the existing plant is almost barren having scarce population scattered stretched in the area. Site lies in longitude 86˚21'15.0" E and latitude 24˚07'47.0" N in survey of India topo sheet number G45U8. The plant site is well connected by the state highway between Giridih and Tundi.
