The following scheme will be implemented for control of Dust and Emission.
To control the Dust laden flue gas which emerges out from ABC (After Burning Chamber) to the atmosphere Electro Static Precipitator (E.S.P) has been installed. The flue gas shall be tapped from the wall of ABC stack then is passed through heat exchangers.
The flue gas after being cooled is then passed through E.S.P and being charged by the emitting electrodes. After charging it will be collected by collecting electrodes where hammering through reappearing system took place and the dust particles are collected at ground tank through R.L.F. The cooled gas after elimination of dust concentration up to the permis.,sible limit being exhausted to atmosphere through chimney. Dust collection in the process shall be carried out in absolutely dry condition.
The dust particle being collected from R.L.F is stored in cemented ground tank through M.S. pipe and water drain system, where re-circulation of water is being carried out through double cement ground tank
Some of the heavy dust particles which are not gone out from ABC are collected through water spraying nozzle in DSC and discharged at ground through scrubber.
